We are homeowners and have some comments ….. -drains in master bedroom are VERY slow. Better have a look and snake them. -kitchen drain also slow - hot water slow to reach master. We ran the tub to get it faster (but don’t know how you could fix unless you put a recirculating pump in) -garage floor could use a pressure wash (may help the smell that migrates into the house) Kitchen was amazingly equipped. Nice!!! Makes us think about renting again. Products in the bathrooms greatly appreciated. PILLOWS. Hmmm we all felt they were like an firm air mattress for your head lol. Perhaps a wider selection of pillows for your guests? Garage access from alley..perfect. Bathroom supplies…excellent Master ceiling fan …we could not figure out how to operate it.
