Guest access

YOUR OWN PRIVATE UNIT

Guests have exclusive use of the entire two-bedroom unit, including:

• Both bedrooms

• Bathroom

• Living area

• Fully equipped kitchen and dining space

• Dedicated workspace

Beach Home is on the lower level of a four-unit building. All living spaces inside your unit are private; the laundry facilities are shared.

ENTRY & SELF CHECK-IN

Enter through the back entrance using a keypad. Your access code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

There are 8 steps down to the entrance, so access is not step-free. Please consider this when travelling with a stroller, heavy luggage, or anyone with limited mobility.

PARKING

One complimentary on-site parking space is included.

Additional street parking is subject to availability and posted restrictions. Please keep neighbouring driveways and access points clear.

SHARED LAUNDRY

A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are available on the building’s lower level. Laundry detergent is provided.

LOWER-LEVEL SETTING & ACCESS

Beach Home is a lower-level unit with 8 steps down to the entrance. Please review the access details to make sure the space suits your group’s needs.

BUILDING & SOUND

The building contains four separate units, and some everyday sound may carry between floors.

The property is also near a busy street, so road noise may be noticeable, particularly when windows are open.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & MATTRESSES

The unit has one king bed, one queen bed, and a standard-size crib in the queen bedroom.

Both beds have firm, 12-inch memory foam mattresses. Please keep this in mind if you prefer a softer sleeping surface.

Please include everyone staying in your reservation and review the sleeping arrangements before booking.

TRAVELLING WITH CHILDREN

A crib and children’s toys are provided. Please supervise children and check that the toys and equipment are suitable for their age and needs.

If you need a particular baby item, contact us before arrival to confirm availability and plan what to bring.

LAUNDRY & COST

The washer and dryer are shared with other guests in the building.

• Washing: CAD $2 per load

• Drying: CAD $2 per load

• Each machine requires two $1 coins

• Laundry detergent is provided

Please bring loonies if you plan to use the laundry facilities.
