What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: \-Our home is a Bi level multi-family property which has a basement suite which also have short term guests living in them. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units. However, there is a possibility that the other suite guests may have pets. Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with 4 queen size beds, a sofa bed and a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room \- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own! Guest access You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton! Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ \- Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require. \- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months. \- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season \- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks. 2\. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes. 3\. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. We would definitely return for another stay. The hosts provided absolutely everything we could ever need, from coffee to laundry detergent. There was a pre-arrival verification and deposit to be done two days prior to our arrival but I did not receive the information until the day of check-in.
