For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require. \- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months. \- The balcony has been winterized for the winter season and is currently unavailable until the spring season. \- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended. ✦ Additional Guest Fees ✦ A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 2\. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
