Bright, clean and well appointed we had comfortable beds, three bathrooms, two TV's and room to spreadout in. A washer and dryer were available but not used. The owner was responsive when we had a couple issues. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around. There was a restaurant (did not try) across the road and a pizza place (was good) and a grocery store was 1.5km away. The airport was only about 15min away and Ikea about 10\. Check in was quick and any issues were promptly resolved. There was water which was great for the heatwave. There was a beeping sound from one of the security/thermostat screens and it was promptly resolved. They had to stay on the phone with telus for over an hour during a busy work week.
