When you book they tell you that they’ll send you the check in instructions the day of. Not so. I had to follow up with the property owner to get the access code 2 hours past the check in time, at 6:20pm… not ok. When I arrived there was a musty smell everywhere in the unit, the sheets and bedding were actually damp (try sleeping on that), and the bathroom was not cleaned from whoever was there previously. Dust and hair in the bathtub and sink. Didn’t seem to be ‘cleaned’ at all. I would have rather spent my money to stay in a hotel than here.
