The owner was quick to communicate and the property was as described. It was very well stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. It was close to both the Royal Alexander Hospital and The Mazankowski Heart Centre. The beds were comfortable and the parking was great. After a long day at the hospital it was nice to come home to a nice comfortable home and make a home cooked meal. The owner worked with us to accommodate our changing schedule. When we arrived with tired kids it turned out there had been an error and the cleaners had not come to clean the property after the last guests left. Gladys immediately sent them at 8pm at night on a Friday and they were quick and courteous. They came back the next day while we were out to finish cleaning with all the loud tools they didn't use while the kids were sleeping.
