While the convenience of having the central station (LRT) right outside the building is a plus, the surrounding neighborhood is sketchy, and the stairwell leading to the LRT reeks of urine. The building itself is poorly maintained, with only one of three elevators working during our stay. The apartment was stuffy and suffocating, with no proper air circulation and just one small, unscreened window that opens wide enough to be a hazard for pets. It wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and the bedsheets had a hostel-like vibe to them.
