A security deposit of $500 CAD will be collected prior to check-in. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. There are exterior cameras at the front & back of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for your safety and security purposes. Our home is equipped with a noise monitor that measures the decibel levels inside the house. Please note that the monitor does not record any conversations or sounds. Its sole purpose is to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the property. We kindly ask our guests to respect the noise levels and keep any loud activities to a minimum. In the event that the monitor is tampered with, turned off, or removed, we reserve the right to terminate the guest\`s stay immediately without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests. There is a keyless entry to the home in which you will be provided a unique code to access the property during your stay. Please remember that you\`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Hands down 10 times better than a hotel, the house was clean, very functional and cozy for all 5 of us to have our own space. The kitchen, dining room and living room was where we would debrief every evening and it was so nice to be able to cook our own meals. We even completed a few puzzles as some team bonding and relaxing time.
