Street was underconstruction and blocked off so I had to walk block to find property and access. That said parking was not very good as alley access was full and had multiple cars so parking was full we ended up blocking garage access not sure if it was being used daily. Instructions for entering property were poor as there is 3 units in the house and no directions to specific door. the towel holder in bathroom is ready to fall off the wall. Being an older house i could hear upstairs tennats moving around they weren't loud but audible. No smoking on property yet there were cigarette butts throughout yard. no swan towels on the bed lol. it was clean and owners were quick to respond to messages.

Clean unit/good communication

This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one.

Location and pet friendly were the most important to us. You can hear the people upstairs walking around but not real late at night past 11:00. The master bedroom has cellular shades that let light in. This time of year it was very light very early in the morning. Bring eye blinders so you can sleep in a bit.Kitchen has good supply of tools etc.
