Gather used towels 

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish 

Turn off the lights 

\- Leave all used bath towels on the bathroom floor. - Place TV remotes back where they belong. - Close any windows (if opened), turn off all lights, lock the entrance doors. 

\- If you bring a pet, please clean up all droppings in the front and back yard before check-out. A $75 yard cleaning fee will apply if any waste is left behind. 

\- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags. - Do a final walk-thru to check for personal belongings.Please send us a quick message when head out so we can alert our cleaners. 

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

#### Clean unit/good communication

This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one.
