Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. ○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable. Just wish they had a less finicky coffee maker and a real toaster. But overall I would stay here again. The listing was accurate, location was good, it was on a busier residential street but it was very quiet. ##### Joey B. The beds , sheets and towels were clean , but the house overall could use a deep clean. Check in was very easy, the host was very responsive. The neighborhood offers street parking only, but we parked three vehicles fairly easy . The location was good, close to restaurants and amenities. We were only asked to put in a load of towels before checkout , which is super refreshing because so often you pay a cleaning fee on top of being expected to clean the property before checkout. ##### Megan K. Messaged and phoned but we did not get any response. Keirug did not work Dishes were not completely clean. Check-in process was easy and smooth, the house was everything the listing stated, clean and well stocked for our large group. The owners messaged us on day 2 of our stay to ensure all was going well and were prompt to answer questions we had.
