However instructions for heating given however the radiators did not work. There were two portable heaters available but they were inadequate for the size of the room on a cold evening. Also the next morning I went out at 9.30 for a quick errand and returned at 10.00 to find a cleaner in the room well ahead of checkout time. Everything was very comfortable and welcoming. However, the toilet smells bad in the early morning but is gone by the evening. We had also put up the door tag from ‘do not disturb’ to ‘please clean’ and when we had come back for the evening the sign was changed back to ‘do not disturb’ and the room was not cleaned.
