The night person was awesome and friendly he was new and didn’t know the protocol asked us to check with the manager in the morning. She got a little defensive about it . Given the age of the building it is to be expected to have some quirks may I suggest new caulking around the tubs , check the tv reception in the rooms provide an avail channel guide , if you are booking and want to avoid 70 steep steps to your room request a mid level or lower floor to save the legs .
