  • Located in the heart of the UNESCO world heritage site of Edinburgh's New Town, this apartment dates back over 200 years and offers a cosy oasis in the heart of the city centre. Only a 10 min walk from Waverley train station and the tram stop. One bed main door city centre flat, with private patio, property has kitchen and bathroom with bath & shower.

    The apartment is in the heart of the Georgian New Town which is only a 5 min walk to all main shopping areas, Princes Street, George Street, Harvey Nichols and Jenners. And not forgetting The famous Princes Street Gardens that lead to the Old Town, Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile and Holyrood. The New Town boasts award winning restaurants, with Stockbridge one of Edinburgh's hidden gem areas within a 5 min walk.

    On street parking nearby is limited and metred Mon - Fri 8.30 Am - 5.30pm, then free at weekends. Due to central location you should not need a car to get around city centre however an excellent public transport system and taxi ranks nearby.

    This comfortable lower ground one bed apartment has four main areas - a living area, double bedroom, separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

    Kitchen facilities include a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery and cutlery and basic cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine.
