Full of character, Broomrigg Farmhouse overlooks rolling fields on the Winton Estate and is located close to Pencaitland.

Broomrigg Farmhouse is very well-equipped with four beautiful bedrooms and three bathrooms, one with a roll-top bath, and all with separate showers. The fully fitted farmhouse kitchen boasts a large range cooker, dishwasher and a separate utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large dining area has ample seating for family meals or dinner parties, with beautiful views to admire while you entertain. The cosy living room features a lovely wood burner and TV, the ideal spot to unwind. Outside the sunny wrap-around patio garden offers peaceful meadow views, and ample car parking for four cars is available, along with a charging point for electric cars.
