"When we first got there it was a bit mixed up, a nightmare, but that was down yo me. The lady was very understanding and helpful, it was as if nothing was yo much trouble, friendly staff. Very clean, hot tub was amazing. Thankyou, only one little complaint, the guy that was going round cleaning the hot tub. Was a bit rude and not very friendly, when clearly we was going on the hot tub, we were just getting changed, and he came along, put a hose in, my partner went out to say that we were going...

"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive.
