    Enjoy The Light Filled Great Room with a wall of glass windows and doors, vaulted ceiling, and open Living and Dining areas, plus Gourmet Kitchen. White-washed floors downstairs and coastal colors throughout. Great Room opens out to a large, wrap-around deck with outdoor furniture and new Weber gas grill.

    2 Miles to Katama beach.

    This sunny contemporary home is quietly tucked away in the Edgartown Estates neighborhood of Katama, less than two miles to South Beach. It features a deck for outdoor entertaining and dining for six. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a separate private full bath, and a large deck that overlooks the backyard. The deck is shared with an adjacent loft Den/TV Room. The three other bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a full bath with a shower. The Coastal Contemporary has a large front and backyard with a shell driveway and is near the bike path. South Beach is about two miles away, Edgartown Village; just over a mile (walking distance). Morning Glory Farm is a short bike ride away. Katama General Store is a easy stroll down the road. Bus stop located at end of road, right outside the entrance. Paved roads and plenty of parking on property!
