"Beth was a wonderful host and the carriage house was perfect for my husband and I. Loved how you could call the open air shuttle to take you anywhere in Watercolor. Location was perfect. Just a short bike ride from Seaside as well. Can’t wait to return!"

"We can’t say enough great things about Tom and Leslie! They were incredible hosts from start to finish. The cottage was beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. One of the biggest perks was having access to the WaterColor pools and beach through the wristbands provided with our stay.What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. We arrived the day after the hurricane, and after dealing with flight cancellations and travel issues, we ended up driving in well after midnight. The cottage was still without power from the storm, but Tom stayed up late to make sure we arrived safely and could find our way in. He even went out of his way to prepare food for us and had it waiting in the fridge, along with drinking water. After such a long and stressful travel day with my pregnant wife and 2 year, that meant more to us than he probably realizes.Another highlight of our trip was getting to visit Tom’s restaurant, Lola’s. Tom is a chef, and we can confidently say the Italian food was absolutely incredible! Everything we tried was delicious, and we highly recommend making a stop at Lola’s during your stay. You won’t regret it!It’s rare to come across hosts who genuinely care this much about their guests. Tom and Leslie went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and we couldn’t be more appreciative. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!"

"The home is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is gorgeous with high end appliances and easy to cook in. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood is small, quiet and gated so we felt very safe. But one downside was that we arrived after dark and had a few moments of anxiety after a long drive trying to find the right house in the dark! The bunk room upstairs is very cool. Our granddaughter loved staying up there. She especially loved the beanbag chair and having her own TV! Our host was super responsive to the few questions we had. I would hear back from her within minutes! We had a chirping smoke detector at one point and our host had the maintenance guy there within 10 minutes! Overall a great stay!"
