One bike had no chain. All the other bikes had flat tires. The golf cart windshield was broken. Garbage was overflowing. The description said there were TVs in every room, which was false. Overall, this house and location is an excellent choice especially for families!The Naturewalk community is beautiful and inviting. My kids rode bikes on streets and trails and we felt they were completely safe. The community was also quiet at night.It was very conveniently located near Publix and several restaurants are very close by. It’s also only a short bike or golf cart ride to Seaside hub.The beach access point at San Juan was the one we used daily. I never had an issue finding parking there during my stay. Unfortunate we didnt know about pickle ball courts and basketball court prior to our stay. Limits of dishwasher and washing detergent made us feel like we had to ration these. We have 3 kids, 2 are teenagers. All of us loved the area and it felt very safe and quiet. This unit was in a great spot next to a couple swings and pickle ball court. My kids loved the bikes. We could ride the golf cart everywhere, that was so convenient. The house was clean and spacious. There was an Xbox my son played on a couple times. There is many tv options and big bathrooms. There is a nice washer and dryer we used one day before leaving so we went back with clean clothes. The back porch has a screened area we could keep our beach items on. We had a great experience and it was the best week in October. Seaside was a short distance we went to several times for food and shops.
