You’ll find a lovely queen bed in one bedroom and a cozy twin bed in the other on the second floor, along with a game room for the kids. The property boasts new furniture, kitchen appliances, and carpet throughout.

There is plenty of space in this duplex to bring one or two blow-up mattresses and sleep up to 5

Please be advised that the bathroom is a shower only and is located on the first floor.
The other side of the duplex is occupied. You will share a private, off-street parking space, or you may park in front of the house.
