This is our 3rd time staying at this beautiful house. There is plenty of room for the whole family (8 adults, 3 kids). The house is always clean and well stocked. The only items we have to bring is our food, drinks, and clothes. There are several grocery stores nearby if needed. Bill (host) is just a phone call/text away and always very accommodating.We love it here and are planning to return next year!

The house is gorgeous with plenty of space for our whole family for a holiday getaway! The kids (and adults) loved the downstairs bar/theatre/game space. We also loved the fire pit and that we could use the kayaks. The sunset views were perfect. The host was communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place

We stayed here for spring break. This is an excellent property and very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, fishing off the dock and just hanging out enjoying the views.

Amazing lake house!

This property was excellent and exactly as advertised. They had everything we needed to have a fantastic family weekend at the lake. The host was quick and responsive before our stay with answers to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

We have been staying in Eatonton on lake oconee or Sinclair for the last 3 years, in search of a home our whole family fits in comfortably and enjoys equally. THIS IS IT! Third time is a charm and we are already discussing dates for next July! The house was fantastic, so clean, and had everything we could possibly need plus more! (The kids kayaks were a hit too!)

Christmas is better at the lake!

I had a magical Christmas stay at this lakefront house with my family. The owners' attention to detail in stocking the home made our experience truly special. The kids were kept entertained with a plethora of activities (games, fishing, plenty of room to run) and the spacious layout provided perfect areas for both group gatherings and quiet retreats. The large dining table inside and the patio offered ideal spots for family bonding. Overall, a delightful getaway! We are so grateful!

This was our first time at Lake Sinclair. We had a great time! There was plenty of room for our large family. Beautiful view and location. A little further from a larger grocery store than we would have liked but we knew that going in. The house with all the amenities made up for it. Beds were extremely comfortable in all the rooms. Large living area upstairs! Ground level area with large game/theatre rooms with extra bedrooms downstairs gave us a lot of room to spread out. The fenced in back yard was a great bonus to keep the little ones from venturing to the water. The older kids had a blast on the kayaks. We will definitely be back.

Beyond Our Expectations

The pictures do not do the lakeview justice. The house is beautiful and is perfectly situated and planned for families and large groups. The kitchen with its huge island made meal prep so easy, plenty of dining seating, big comfy TV areas. Five couples and three grandchildren and we did not feel like we were crowding each other. Two porches and plenty of room to stretch out and relax or play games, eat, whatever. Four bathrooms were a blessing! I hope we can come back some day and do it again. We all felt it was worth the six hour drive. We made a great family memory and this home definitely played a part.

My family of 10 had a fabulous time at this beautiful home on Lake Sinclair. The house was very spacious. The open kitchen, living and dining area was where we spent most of our indoor time. A wall of windows overlooks the lake and opens onto a very large porch with tons of seating, some covered some open, and a gas grill. The main floor has a very large, comfortable main bedroom with a wonderful bathroom. The huge shower was able to accommodate our son’s entire family for several fun showers! There are 2 more bedrooms which share a bathroom. Downstairs has another main bedroom with an ensuite and a fifth bedroom with an unattached bathroom. There is a movie room with a full bar and mini kitchen and a game room with shuffleboard and a golf video game, too! Outdoors is another large covered porch and a fenced in yard. Outside the gate is a gently sloping, paved path to the dock and a fire pit by the lake. The owners provided life jackets, fishing poles, kayaks and a large splash pad for the lake. Our 3 1/2 year old twin granddaughters had a blast!! We also rented a pontoon boat. We spent most of our time on the boat or in the lake. We hope to return to this home next year. Lovely home for a family reunion!

My family and I spent almost a week at this lovely lake house this spring. While we were a little early for all the fun lake activities (temps ranged from 50s-80s) we took advantage of every part of the spacious home as best we could. Many hours spent lounging in the very comfortable living room while cooking dinner as a family, with all the kids running around the deck and large living spaces. We really appreciated the small details like the baby gate to the downstairs, the numerous kayaks (even one for the kids!) and the many games in the downstairs. Bill was a great communicator throughout the process. We hope to return some day in the future - maybe later in the season, that lake felt pretty cold in March!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We slept AMAZING! Better than home actually! The beds, bedding, pillows Amazing. Perfectly thought out. Towels, linens so soft and plush. House very clean and tidy. Everything was perfectly planned out. The decor was so aesthetically pleasing. That view of the lake was the icing on the cake. That is what I was needing! A break from the hustle and bustle of life. And we got to meet sweet Red!

While our group thought the house was well appointed with everything we would need for the weekend, we had 2 complaints: 1) One of the guests was woken up in the middle of the night with a large palmetto bug crawling on her in her bedroom on the main floor. 2) The morning we were supposed to check out at 10am, the lawn service started mowing and edging the yard at 6:45am which scared and woke up the entire house.
