Ample room for parking in the driveway for vehicles. 1 Car can also park in our garage. While we are not far from many great attractions, having a car is recommended for this location. Please note we do not supply propane for the grill, but there may be some leftover from a previous guest. A $400 damage deposit will be taken before your stay starts.  
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at all times. No parties are allowed.  
  
Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.  
  
No pets allowed.   
  
Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
