"What a treat it was stay at this hotel. Besides the fact it is absolutely stunning with great attention to detail, the staff was also fantastic, from the valet, to the doormen to front desk and cleaning service. Special shout out to Thomas from front desk who we dealt with for our stay. Made sure to have a room ready for us for early check in and always made sure we had everything we needed. We had a 10 month old, they had a crib ready for us which was a life saver. Location was also fantastic....

"Lovely hotel with large rooms. We were upgraded to a suite. Walkable to Fenway park and museum of fine arts. Train station close by. Has restaurant on site but we did not eat there. "

"Staff could have been a little more hospitable.Some light bulbs were out in the room and needed to be replaced. Drains were noisy and wall are thin could hear neighbors yelling. Air conditioner made lots of noise."

"A beautiful, historic hotel smack-dab in the middle of Salem, walkable to shops, dining, ghost tours, Witch Museum(s), and what-have-you. Very easy, free parking directly adjacent. Excellent breakfast, professional desk staff. People that complain about the shower and toilet/basin being situated in separate, small rooms likely haven't traveled in Europe. We had no problem with this, and it's fine with me if the shower doesn't steam up the mirror you need to shave in front of. "

We wanted a hotel near Back Bay station as we traveled by train as opposed to driving. Conveniently, the Westin provides direct access to the Copley shopping mall, which we love and is also close to the Green line which we required to get to Fenway Park. We love when we can get convenience, cleanliness, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. "
