"We needed a handicap access room on the first floor but they were completely booked. She tried switching rooms but wasn’t able to even after she contacted a manager. Then the people she tried to switch us with came to check in & she asked them if they’d be willing to switch & they did! She went above & beyond! 10 stars for her!"
