Stayed for one night after returning from Europe. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. Great service at the restaurant and a decent gym. The carpet throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, is in dire need of replacement. The carpet in my room must be 25 years old and filthy. The carpet was buckling in many places.

The HVAC was annoying AF. It would go on and blow cold air for 10 minutes, then be off for 15-20 minutes repeatedly. It is so loud, it kept waking me up through out the night. As a short person, I did not like the fact the bed was a challenge to get on top. Not everyone is five feet tall.

Really nice place to stay, very convenient and close to airport, easy shuttle pickup, loved having the mini kitchen in the room, weekday social was nice to have, clean and comfy. However, with no safe in the room, for the first time ever, I had a pair of silver earrings go “missing”. I hate to think poorly of staff, but literally had them by the bed before we left for the day, came back and they weren’t there. Checked everything and everywhere before we notified the front desk, but nothing.
