This waterfront cabin with spectacular view is situated on a private dead end dirt road. Conveniently located within minutes to major roadways, golf, skiing, shopping and area attractions. This home is steps away from the Bushkill River where you can swim, tube, or fish in the trout stocked creek. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Wash dishes and store away in proper place.

If towels were used please leave on bathroom floor to avoid ruining wood floors.

Turn off all electronics. Close and lock all windows, doors. Summer months turn off AC/Winter months set heat to 55 for baseboards and Carrier units to 63.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pets must be cleaned and on a regular tick/flea regimen. Pets are not allowed to lay on any furniture. 2 pet maximum, $60 fee is per pet.

Bath towels are not included. Towel service is available for $50. If you use any bath towels in the home you will be charged the fee.

NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED. No helium balloons No large gatherings No smoking inside the home Holiday stays require a 3-night minimum
