Payed a lot of money for cleaning fee. Should get money back for broken sauna and kitchen was not clean. Check time with tech for 2 hours took away from our family time. I would like a phone number to talk about some money refunded. Sauna was advised and we were disappointed it didn’t work."

We had many issues with our stay starting with not being provided with clear instructions on how to check into the entrance considering this home is located in a gated community; we had to rely on a community member to figure it out. "Roomy home with everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants with enough seating and dishes for our family of 12 to cook and eat together. The kids loved all the retro video game machines and actually caught a few fish in the lake right at the end of the backyard. The host was super-responsive and a pleasure to deal with. "
