You’re guaranteed a great night’s sleep thanks to the exceedingly comfortable beds no matter which of the three rooms you stay in.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and features a queen-size bed, an A/C unit, a Smart TV, and lots of closet space.

The second and third bedrooms are both located on the second floor. One is outfitted with a queen-size bed, and the other has a twin trundle bed.

The home has two full bathrooms, one on the main level with a standing shower, and the other upstairs with a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are stocked with all the essential toiletries, including body wash, shampoo & conditioner, Q-tips, and lots of extra towels.

If you don’t feel like a visit to any of the local restaurants, the full kitchen has all the tools you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. Modern and newly renovated, the kitchen boasts new appliances, cooking essentials, and a well-stocked coffee bar, complete with a Keurig coffee machine, coffee pods, and various condiments.

Just across the way is the dining area with seating for six. Bask in the natural light of this room as you enjoy your meals and take in the views of the scenic woodland from the large windows.

The great room is also situated in this area and has a breathtaking mural, a plush sofa, and a 60-inch Smart TV. This room opens up to a back deck, surrounded by the Poconos forest. There’s also a separate working space at a desk - yes, we offer high-speed internet (500 Mbps)!

You won’t have to go far to experience the scenic surroundings of the Poconos area. Step outside onto the back deck and enjoy the stunning woodland views. If you’re quiet, you may even spot some of the local wildlife!

This home is located in Penn Estates, which is as central of a location in the Poconos as you could possibly find! During the summer months, you will have lake and pool access, located right inside Penn Estates, just minutes from the home!

You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Access is through a door code which we'll provide prior to your arrival. Free private parking is available in the driveway.

During the summer months, you will receive gate passes that allow you to access HOA amenities, including lakes, pools, gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, dog park, and playground areas.

This property includes security features such as Schlage smart locks, Ring floodlight cameras, and Noiseaware monitors for your safety and peace of mind. On top of our personal safety equipment, this private community is guard-gated 24/7.

This home is located in Penn Estates, one of the most sought-after communities in all of the Poconos. Because security is such an important issue, please be advised that you will be required to provide your photo ID and license plate number when you arrive at the entry gates.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
