Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. ● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit. DOG FEE: ● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. ● Guests shall register with Penn Estates at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Community Registration: ● $40 registration fee per group - This is included in the booking total ● Registrations and/or bookings finalized less than three days before arrival will incur a $35 community processing fee, in accordance with community policy. This fee will be requested separately via the booking platform, if applicable. ● AMENITIES PASSES: We provide guests with 9 passes that are active from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control.
