The home is dirty and rundown, including the outdoor areas. The pictures posted online are not current. On the first day we noticed the hot water tank heater was leaking and therefore had no hot water. We reported the problem and didn’t hear back until the next day. She sent a plumber and it took 6 more hours to fix the issue. We lost the entire first day of our rental time due to this issue and were not refunded for it. Stay at your own risk!
