"If you’re looking for a home base to explore downtown Cleveland, this is a good one. Walking distance to Baseball stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the waterfront park. Also the Public square and theatre district. Buffet left something to be desired during breakfast but menu choices were very good. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"Loved this hotel - super dog friendly, great location close to so many downtown areas, super helpful hotel staff and very friendly parking attendants. We enjoyed grabbing a quick bite to eat at their outdoor cafe - and great people watching. Will definitely stay ere our next time in Cleveland."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The historical charm was kept & you feel welcome & a bit in awe upon entrance. The location is great- walking distance to the downtown Cleveland attractions. There is parking nearby but I used the valet service. (They were prompt, friendly and courteous.) Everyone we encountered was friendly & kind. The gentleman who checked me was amazing. We had a great experience with Mia at the bar. Ana when we checked out was adorable, efficient & hilarious. The lady who made our coffees was excellent. I cannot say enough about the employees. They were a breath of fresh air after a couple of recent, subpar Marriott experiences (most notably at the Dearborn Inn) I look forward to staying at this property again."

"Helpful desk staff were willing to keep luggage after checkout to be able to walk down to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the morning. Great to keep the car at valet then too!"

"Carpet dirty in elevator closest to door 4 and outside the elevator. Same elevator did not work when we went to leave the next morning. Room fairly clean, had to request more wash cloths as there was only one, and coffee packets as there was no regular coffee. Bathroom floor not as clean as it could be, but the dirt was mostly in the corners. Worst thing was the walls were very thin and people next to us were talking and laughing until close to one a.m. Would not stay here again, mostly because of the noise."
