"The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...

"They have a lot of construction going on and I was never able to get on the Wi-Fi. The maintenance staff is nice and are very quick with anything that is needed same with the front desk. The partial Lakeview isn’t really a partial Lakeview as it’s more of a corner view, if you kneel and turn your head a certain way. Overall, pretty decent stay. The hot tub and the recreation room is a nice touch."

"What a pleasant surprise! The tranquil setting, the super clean Lucille Manor with beautiful decor and the most comfortable beds. Check-in was super easy with the given instructions. "We had a great stay! The property was very nice, comfortable, and in a great location for everything we had planned. The kitchen was well stocked and very well designed for cooking dinner and entertaining. The electric fireplace created a great ambiance in the evenings, and the upstairs patio was a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. There was some power washing being done outside during our stay, which caused a small mess through one of the windows. However, the host was very responsive and quickly had it cleaned up so we could enjoy the upstairs without any issues. We really appreciated how quickly it was taken care of. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, and overall the property had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We come to Big Bear every year for Oktoberfest, and we will definitely be looking for this property again when we plan next year’s trip!"
