"Check-in was tedious, after 5 you must call the office; I checked in at 8, I had to stand outside at the door and call two different numbers to reach someone. When they answered they made me feel as though I interrupted their rest and asked with a doubtful tone if I was at the door .The unit- the front door's bottom door knob was flimsy and loose.It had an old, stale unpleasant odor. The couches seemed old, cushion stuffing was coming out and they were not inviting, we covered them with sheets. The comforters on the beds wreaked of musty and gross odors. The pillows need updating.The bottom level was freezing but the middle and upper levels were hot, temperature was drastically uneven among the floors.The kitchen amenities were very underwhelming. The wood decor is impressive and the showers were nicely decorated.The representive that came to check us in was nice and engaging (different person answered the phone)."

"Request the top floor - paper thin walls and extremely creaky! Upstairs neighbors went to bed after midnight and got up very early. The pillows were too high and hard."

"Rooms photograph well but choices were made for design and not function. Lighting at the bathroom sink was too dim to get ready, bedside lights were all glare and closet area has no light I could find. Housekeeping let down the experience with some visible oversights in the bed and bath. The mattress, pillows, and towels were nice."

"Breakfast and staff were great, however, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard and would make noises anytime you would move around on the bed, to the point where it felt like the bed was going to break at any given moment. The structure of the bed felt unsafe."
