The hotel places looks nice and secure

NEEDS Improvements: We booked the apartment because it featured a washer AND dryer. The dryer did not work, and clothes still very damp. We put the dry on for an additional hour, for the clothes to still be a little damp. The host forgot to explain to us about how to turn on the hot water. We did not have hot water for the shower, (which is upstairs), but the switch to turn it on is downstairs in the kitchen on a wall by the stove. How were we supposed to guess this? Our host did a good job with his pleasantness, but neglected to tell us something such as important as this. Maybe hosts should refer to a check-off list to make sure not to miss anything. When we arrived to the facility, there was a gentleman shouting at staff in the lobby, complaining about the service provided to him; saying that he is usually calm, but as a result of the staff being aloof and ignoring his concerns, that it has gotten to him shouting for his concerns to be taken seriously. The facility is called one name during booking, but finding the place caused confusion because the name of the facility is a different name when looking for it in person. POSITIVES: The surrounding public areas are clean. Inside the apartment also clean; unlike many hotels we went to through-out Ghana, the white sheets were clean, without old stains and marks on them, floors and furniture clean, etc. The restaurant served tasty food, (both local and international). Staff were all pleasant in our experience.

Excellent hospitality and service. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the peaceful setting and beautiful grounds. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and beautifully appointed. Many services available nearby, including supermarket, restaurants, and nightlife. But best of all, the friendly staff. We loved it!
