"Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening. However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke. It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building. Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone,for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing."

It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.

Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond. Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving. Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...

My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts. All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this...
