"The resort is great. We practically stayed at the premises for the duration of our time. The resort is very clean; the rooms are super amazing and had plenty of entertainment for every guest. The only thing I would have hoped was to have more bilingual employees who was able to communicate in English. Besides that, we had a great time at the resort. "

"The resort is beautiful. Lots of well kept nature, colonial mixed with nature's beauty. The beach is not one of its strengths but, the resort has so much to offer that it does not even matter. It is simply beautiful. "

En términos generales solo puede sugerir a modo de crítica constructiva que deben trabajar con el mal olor a humedad de áreas en común como lo son lobby, el pasillo al Adult Area, el Restaurante The Valley y otras áreas que literalmente comparten la misma peste. Se debería trabajar con dehumidificadores o algún producto que trabaje ese problema."

"The hotel was amazing and so was the staff. The E team is incredible and try to engage and talk to you while in the pool and get you to do activities. The hotel was good all around definitely recommend. The food is also good."
