"Had a great stay here. Rooms immaculately clean ,well resourced,comfortable beds and nice and quiet despite its very central location. All staff we encountered were fantastic ,really attentive and going the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. The breakfasts were fantastic ,so many options and yummy. Particularly appreciated the gluten free options. So well located ,right next to central station and minutes away from the light rail. Would definately stay again "

"We had a great time except when our flight were cancelled and had to book another night and came to find out it was even more then the booking for one night. Otherwise, great location. "

"The room was clean and quite and the hotel is located in a great location making it easy to walk to several attractions."

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "

"Outstanding hotel most worthy of 5 stars. The only disclaimer is construction of adjacent buildings, obviously outside of the control of this excellent hotel, could be noisy if you sleep past 8 AM. Otherwise most highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Sydney."
