"San Jose del Cabo is by far a superior place to Cabo San Lucas. Less crowded, far less street people harassing you when you walk around town and easier and better access to local restaurants, services, basic shopping like grocery stores, Walmart, etc. On a more personal note, the presentation for signing up with a Vidanta membership would have been much better later in the stay when we had more time to experience the place. "The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"This property is a decent value for the money. Rooms look dated, but they're ok if you don't spend a lot of time inside. A useful perk is that the property has free drinking water stations on each floor. The food selection is ok, not great, but the low price makes getting the all inclusive plan worth it, considering the restaurants outside the property are for the most part expensive. The grounds and pool area are nice and were not busy at the end of January, when we visited."

"Didn’t appreciate being asked to attend timeshare presentation and even after saying no being pursued later. Level of service is poor and barely 4 star certainly not 5 star. Pools were very cold so mostly unusable during the stay. Far too many unsolicited phone calls to the room when we were trying to rest. Resort not really for me so I take that into consideration as it’s focus is more on families and party people."

"Had a pleasant stay. The contact phone number provided by Expedia did not work. It was nice that Expedia reached out by email and gave us the email and updated number.
