Our stay at the new boutique tiny house on the Saluda River was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made us fell right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was fully stocked-from amenities to coffee, wine, water, rob for his / her-they thought of it all. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided fantastic local trips that made our trip even more special. The home itself was cozy, clean, and inviting and the host was always available to answer any questions. We highly recommend the new boutique tiny house on the river and gladly stay again!

Perfect Balance

Right on the River but only minutes to get back into the City & the beautiful River Walk. The Cabin was the perfect size and our Pups had a lovely Christmas with us.

We absolutely loved this tiny home, super clean, adorable great view,fire pit, the location was great there is a resturant walking distance you can also watch the tubers come in on the river . We relaxed listened to the river a lot and went to the city oneday and rented bicycles and did the swamp rabbit trail . The hosts are super nice and responsive . Definitely will go back

Girls trip

Great property! Very comfortable and nice finishes throughout. Really close to downtown Greenville, but feels like you’re far away. Perfect for a quick get-away alone or with another adult; however, it would tight if more than two. It would be nice if the sofa was a pull out. Thanks for a great stay!

Tiny house on the river

We had a fun experience! Enjoyed the access to the beautiful river with lots of places to sit and enjoy the water. We even caught a few fish. The onsite restaurant was great even had live music. We would love to come back in the summer to bring the grandkids tubing

Fun Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this tiny house. It is beautifully finished and furnished and sits right on the shore of the river. Close enough to downtown Greenville to make it convenient. The host provided a lot of nice touches - free bottle of wine, bottled water on the nightstands, lotions in the bathroom, robes in the closet - which added to the charm. The tiny houses are quite close to each other, so you don't get any privacy when sitting outside, but it was pretty quiet during our stay.

Wonderful getaway on the river!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week at The River House. The tiny home was everything we were looking for. Being so close to the Saluda River is so beautiful and peaceful. It was also so convenient as it is the end point for tubing, which I definitely recommend. We had some very good dinners at Rustic Farms Pizza in Greenville and Tipsy Taco and The Silos in Easley. It is so nice to stay in a pet friendly home - our golden enjoyed her stay too. We look forward to coming back.

Wonderful autumn vacation

The property is fabulous. It's located just west of Greenville (a beautiful city) on the banks of the Saluda river. It is a privately-owned tiny home in a group of other homes in the Saluda Outdoor River Co (closed for the season). The ambience is perfect - string lights draped between trees, fire pits, outdoor seating areas and of course the view is fabulous. The home has everything you need - plus wine! Lots of thoughtful touches.
