"Lodge wasnâ€™t up to the normal standard for autograph level. Needs a wee bit TLC.Didnâ€™t spoil our stay though."

"Me and partner come hear for some down time, we had a lovely stay hot tub was a added bonus, all id say was the sofa and mattress was not comfortable other then that perfect, we had food at tomahawk not far and 100% recommended "

"We had a lovely clean lodge provided for us. The site was immaculate and so peaceful. Grant (warden) was so helpful and friendly when we first arrived showing us around and how to use the hot tub, and coming round every morning to make sure it was clean. The lodge is about a 15 minute drive away from Yarm high street where thereâ€™s plenty of food places and about a 5 minute drive away from the local Spar if you needed anything extra."

"We had a very good holiday despite the awful weather the lodges are spacious clean and well equipped but the TV kept breaking up though the WiFi is excellent.phone reception however is poor.The park is peaceful and relaxing with ducks and rabbits and birds everywhere. Itâ€™s very quiet but near lots of lovely places to visit."

"Beautiful lodges in a beautiful location. Have stayed here a few times now we wouldnâ€™t go anywhere else. The William lodge was looking a little tired in places cooker knob was burnt and bathroom bin was dented and underneath the bedroom furniture was a bit dusty but these things were superficial really and didnâ€™t spoil our stay at all Just things that can be improved to ensure it maintain its luxury rating. We had another lovely holiday and canâ€™t wait to return"
