"As I thought I had booked a two bedroom house but ended up in one room with no private bathroom, the kitchen was no clean with pots at the side of the sink and what looked like muck towels. I did stay there as it felt unclean. Very disappointed "

"Got there with 3 hot and tired children (long car journey) and my 70 year old mum only to find theyd cancelled our booking. I received no communication of this. My booking and payment had been confirmed. I even received an email the next morning to see how our stay was going and another asking us to rate our stay. We booked through hotels.com and still trying to get to the bottom of what happened. We ended up in a quadruple room in the Travel lodge (at our own expense) this was not the family...
