"Overall, we had a nice stay. The main benefit of this hotel is its location right on the waterfront and near Church Street. It is very walkable. We stayed with our 7mo puppy and the hotel was accommodating. The outdoor pet area isn’t very large but it worked for our needs. The rooms could use some updating as there was definitely wear, but this could be related to a pet specific room. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain from the first day. An employee came to look at it but never followed up so we dealt with that all week. Parking is a fee each night but you do get coupons for food at the hotel. The hotel has bikes for complementary rental which we used on the island line trail. We did run into unhoused persons near the hotel but did not have any issues..the hotel has keycard access points for security."

"This hotel is very clean and beautiful. It is essentially located between Church Street and the waterfront. It’s highly walkable. There are plenty of good restaurants scattered around. Our room was immaculate and decorated beautifully. the staff were very friendly and helpful and even got a little bit of an early check-in! I would definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Burlington."

"What a spacious place! Conveniently located near the lake and church street. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean.The only minor hassle was parking somewhat offsite; but as I understood it, parking is a citywide issue…so at least we had a designated spot."

"Very clean and comfy spot. Went with three girls and had a great girls weekend. We loved walking for coffee at Brio Coffee and dinner at Hen of the Wood. Great location! Beautiful bike ride on flat trail around Lake Champlain (we got to without needing a car) and although very difficult, enjoyed amazing views on Camels hump hike. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a big issue upon arrival with how hot it was. I would have expected the apartment to be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival, but the A/C was not even turned on. To make this worse, it was also during a heat wave - making the apartment even hotter as it was on the 2nd floor. We had to leave the apartment after we turned the A/C on and change a lot of our plans because we were at risk of overheating if we stayed there. The host took awhile to respond to messages during the stay. The apartment itself was tidy and neat, but the stairs to go up to the apartment were not very clean. Overall the location of this apartment was excellent and the amenities provided were optimal. However, better preparation for guests would make future guest’s stays more enjoyable."

"I booked the downtown Burlington apartment for my niece and I to have a little getaway. The apartment was really comfortable for two. It might have been a little cosy for three. The stairs were a little steep. They were fine for us, but might be challenging for older folks or small children.It has a basic kitchen setup that allowed us to eat in a few times when we weren’t up for going out. When we wanted to eat out, the farmers’ market, Church Street Marketplace, and the waterfront were all a reasonable walk away. As a bonus, there is a chocolate shop across the way that has lots of delights to sample. The location could not have been better!"
