Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer and a block from Battery Park where you can find the best sunsets! 2 floor apartment with living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom on first floor. 2 bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. Please notice the shower on the 1st floor is a bit funky with a low ceiling. We have recently added a 2nd bathroom upstairs. Self checkin with personal entry code Always available via airbnb or call/text Walkable to all that downtown has to offer. The bedrooms are reasonably sized and equipped with AC units. The upstairs bathroom is large—the one downstairs, not so much. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The only downside was the musty smell when we walked in, which is not uncommon in older buildings. We soon got used to it but noticed it each time we returned from outside.
