Das großzügige Appartment ist ganz neu renoviert, die Einrichtung sehr modern und nagelneu, im riesigen Bett nächtigt man ausgezeichnet - falls man mal doch keinen Schlaf finden sollte kann man sich an dem großen Fernseher die Zeit vertreiben. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden wie auch ein Esstisch und eine Schreibtisch. Die Lage ist genau richtig, sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Straße in geringer Laufentfernung zur Innenstadt. Zahlreiche öffentliche Parkplätze liegen direkt vor dem Haus und sind gut zugänglich.
