Gemütliches Zimmer mit Teeküche und niedlichem Bad. Alles da was man braucht, wenn man nicht selbst kochen muss/ braucht. Perfekt für Messebesucher und kurzurlauber. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Es war für alles gesorgt, was manchmal in Vergessenheit gerät, wie Seife, Duschbad, Tee und auch Kaffee.

Kiralık 1+1 apart / Otel veya pansiyon Değil!!!

Burası bir evin yan 2 odası, bir odada iki yatak, diğer odada su ısıtıcısı, mikrodalga fırın, ütü vb. gereçler var, ortada bir hol ve ayrıca daracık bir banyosu var, Konaklama sorumlusu başka bir yerde ikamet ediyor ihtiyaç halinde arıyorsunuz geliyor. Ancak bir resepsiyon veya ücretli yemek veya kahvaltı yiyebileceğiniz bir alan yok. Yataklar çok dar standart tek kişilik yataktan daha dar. Havlular 2 günde bir değiştiriliyormuş 4 günlük konaklamamızda ikinci gün değiştirdiler, yeni havlu talep ettiğimizde ikinci günde değiştireceğiz dediler. Kiralık 1+1 apart formatında. Otel, pansiyon gibi bir yer değil.

Wir hatten eine kleine Wohnung mit einem Doppen- und einem Einzelzimmer. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Bad gab es eine sehr große Dusche. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle war evenfalls vorhanden. 10 nin Fußweg zur Messe/Merkur-Spielarena. Um die Ecke eine U-Bahn Station für an den Hauptbahnhof. Fatzit: wir würden jederzeit dort wieder ein Zimmer nehmeb

Preis/Leistung für eine Person - zu teuer.

Für das gleichen Geld findet man in der Stadt richtigen Hotels. Die Wege Beschreibung seitens der Gastgeber - Katastrophal. Ich bin 40 Min. , ca. 3 Klm. zu Fuss Gelaufen. Nach ein anstrengenden Messetag unzumuttbar. Am nächsten Tag habe ich mich selbst erkündigt und war in 5 Min. mit dem U78 auf die Messe.

Great little one bedroom bungalow

I stayed here for a conference at the nearby CCD Ost and I couldn't have chosen better. The location is perfect for the CCD Ost, and there are a good set of restaurants nearby, with a shop for provisions. The house is in a very quiet area, away from the main road, and a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and the centre of the city. Highly recommended!

gute Anbindung zum Flughafen

Ich hatte das Zimmer für eine Nacht vor einem Transatlantikflug genutzt. Vom Standort aus konnte der Flughafen schnell erreicht werden, auch mit den Öffis. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar Restaurants. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Er hatte mir seine Handynummer mitgeteilt, so dass wir uns bzgl. der Schlüsselübergabe kurzfristig austauschen konnten. An dem Zimmer selbst habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Ich würde aber einen Austausch des Heizungsthermostats nahelegen, weil dessen Motor doch recht laut arbeitet, was durchaus etwas störend ist. Dies ist allerdings eher ein Luxusproblem, was niemandem abhalten sollte, dieses Zimmer zu mieten, wenn er sich für eine kurze Verweildauer in Düsseldorf aufhält.

Nette Unterkunft am Nordpark

Praktisch gelegen in der Nähe der Messe und des Stadions. Auch die U-Bahn in die (Alt-)Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Sehr freundlicher Service.
