Beautiful Charismatic and a real piece of art inside the suite that we got. The staff was excellent with communication and very Beautiful system they have with the self check in We loved it!

Very disappointed with our experience. Check in was easy and the room itself was amazing. However, remote for air conditioning did not work. WiFi network listed on the front door did not exist with no other WiFi information provided. No one at the front desk and no one would answer me through the Hotels app. We just wanted to leave our luggage for a few hours before catching the train but that was impossible with no one around to speak to and reception locked. Certainly an inexpensive stay and again the room was amazing, but it was surprising for some of these basic amenities to be not working or unavailable.

Gute Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Sauberkeit (Staub in den Ecken) könnte besser sein. Wifi war sehr schlecht.

Rezeption war bei Anreise nicht besetzt, war aber gut erreichbar. Leider bekamen wir per WhatsApp das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen und standen plötzlich in einem bewohnten Apartment. Problem wurde aber schnell behoben. Das Zimmer war ein Apartment mit viel Platz, leider war es sehr staubig in allen Ecken, vor allem das Polster des Bettes war komplett zugestaubt. Eine Verdunklung im Wohnbereich fehlte komplett, so dass mangels Tür auch der Schlafbereich sehr hell war. Batterie der Fernbedienung war alle, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen, es war kein Handtuch für den Boden vorhanden, somit stand man nach dem Duschen in einer großen Pfütze im Bad. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine aber keine Kapseln, was sonst üblich ist. Hier wäre wenigstens eine Info hilfreich, damit man entsprechend etwas mitbringen kann. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt, entsprechend mussten wir unsere Koffer in den vierten Stock hochtragen. Insgesamt etwas schade, denn die Unterkunft hätte durchaus Potenzial.
