We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and comfortable with a separate sitting area. Really quiet and great location in the city. Did not eat or drink in hotel but the bar and restaurant looked very welcoming. Overall a great place to stay.

We really liked the size of the rooms. The shower is small but Robert at front desk was very helpful in finding us a room with a walk in shower. Location is great!

Nice hotel and a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Big room and bed was comfortable. However toilet was not flushing properly so they really need to make sure everything is in proper working order. Shower control was very difficult and old fashioned also.

The hotel is very well located for visiting the old city centre on foot, and is a 20 minute walk from the train station. My room was large, clean and quiet. It had A/C (though I didn’t really need it) and a mini-fridge. I took the English breakfast option, which was a good choice as there are not many breakfast cafes nearby. My one quibble was with the bathroom, which had a shower in the tub with a glass door which leaked water on the floor. Hotel offered a late checkout option of 1 pm (vs 12 pm) for £10, which was worth it for me. Hotel has a large pay parking lot, useful for people travelling by car.

Fabulous location and very warm, welcoming staff. Room very clean and well appointed. Bar and restaurant not very inviting and we’ve never used during our stays at this hotel as outside options are so close and more appealing.
