It is very suitable for restful holidays with your partner or family and is equipped with an infrared sauna. The residence is a short distance from Barvaux and medieval Durbuy is also easily accessible. You will find several nice shops and restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening. A day at Adventure Valley Durbuy, an adventure park with various activities for the whole family, is also very worthwhile. The holiday home has a well-equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare your favorite recipes independently. Relax in the infrared sauna and end the days in style with a glass of wine on the charming terrace.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa The Green war ok. Die Bewertung habe ich mit „schön“ vergeben, da das Haus an sich ganz in Ordnung war. Ich habe es nicht mit „fantastisch“ bewertet, da es einige Mängel aufwies, die für den gezahlten Preis in Ordnung gewesen wären. In erster Linie waren viele Dinge kaputt: - Der Toilettendeckel von unten war kaputt (nur der Deckel, sodass der Gang zur Toilette noch möglich war) - Die obere Schublade des Geschirrspülers ist lose, wenn Sie sie herausziehen möchten (nicht praktisch und scheint unangemessen) - Der Grill ist außen verrostet (der Boden hat Löcher). - Die Kühlschranktür des Schranks ist nicht mehr am Kühlschrank befestigt. - Das Rollo in einem der Schlafzimmer ist kaputt (es ist mit Klebeband abgeklebt und lässt sich nicht mehr aufrollen). - Der Keramikofen hat außen einen Riss und ein Loch im Boden. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass das die Absicht ist. - Keine Fliegengitter oder Vorhänge. Dies bedeutet, dass im Sommer ein Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet werden kann oder die Sonne tagsüber nicht abgehalten werden kann. Bei der Ankunft waren also viele Spuren toter Mücken an den Wänden zu sehen, aber es ist kein Problem wirkt nicht sauber. Bei Ihrer Ankunft fehlt im Haus ein Zettel mit einigen Informationen zum WLAN, der Gebrauchsanweisung des Kochfelds und Ähnlichem. Mit freundlichen Grüße, Liesbeth

Das Haus ist ein wunderschönes Haus, das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Allerdings müssen einige Möbel ersetzt werden. Die Esszimmerstühle sind völlig durchgelegen und sitzen auf den Kanten. Auch bei den Outdoor-Loungesesseln ist die Rückenlehne eingerissen. Das Bett (2 Einzelbetten in einem Kasten) im Hauptschlafzimmer bot guten Schlaf, das Doppelbett hingegen deutlich weniger. Was schade war und nicht erwähnt wurde, ist, dass sich das 3. Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss im „Keller“ befindet und sehr klein ist und die Dusche nicht richtig funktioniert. Eines der anderen Badezimmer befand sich im Hauptschlafzimmer. Jede Etage verfügt über 1 Toilette. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir einige kaputte Sachen und meldeten sie. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit großem Esstisch und Bank zum gemütlichen Sitzen mit einer großen Gruppe. Am Fuße des Hügels haben Sie einen Blick auf den Golfplatz. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, in einer Sackgasse, mitten im Golfplatz. Die Koordinaten auf den Buchungsunterlagen stimmen nicht, die Adresse jedoch! Tipp für den Vermieter: Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmern wären schön. Die Möbel müssen zwar ausgetauscht werden, sind aber für den Preis ansonsten in Ordnung.

La casa era spaziosa e ben attrezzata, perfetta per la nostra fuga in famiglia, Ci siamo particolarmente goduti la sauna a infrarossi dopo una giornata di escursioni nelle bellissime Ardenne, La posizione era tranquilla e ci ha permesso di rilassarci pur essendo a breve distanza dalle caratteristiche negozi e ristoranti di Durbuy, Non perdere di provare la cucina locale da La Piazza, a pochi passi, Nel complesso, un ottimo posto per una fuga pacifica!

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in de villa naast de golfbaan, De infraroodsauna was een leuke toevoeging na een lange dag wandelen in de prachtige Ardennen, De keuken was goed uitgerust, dus we hebben een paar maaltijden gekookt en wat geld bespaard, Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen of een romantisch uitje!
