The townhome (Unit 4) features a main living space with a deck (gas grill) & great views & since its the end unit, it is the closet Alpenglow townhome to the slopes. Each bedroom has a TV along with the TV in the Main Living Space. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax and gather with family and friends. There are 2 ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door. Enjoy views of the incomparable Needles Mountain range from the spacious decks as you plan your adventures or simply take another sip of coffee. Bed Configuration: Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath(2nd floor - same level as main living space) 2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath (Bottom floor) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Single over Double) and Single Trundle Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath(Bottom Floor) This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. These are such minor issues though and not ones that made any difference in how much we enjoy staying here. The property is located immediately next to the street and the bunny slope. It was great for our little dude learning to ski and get back to the condo quick but not so great as the hot tub overlooks the parking lot for the resort. There is no privacy for the hottub until later in the evening when everyone has gone home. Other than that oversight on our part for location or tricky photography options on the website it was a lovely stay! ##### Tawny G. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Alpenglow 4\. We had 2 families, 4 adults, 5 kids and our little dog. The townhome was perfect right on the bunny hill to accommodate our younger skiers and easy access to the upper mountain for the adults. The private jacuzzi was a hit with everyone. Reviewer Comments: This was our first of hopefully many trips to Purgatory. We have been on many family trips and would put this one at the top of our list! The townhome was perfect for our group of 8\. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and the hot tub was a relaxing way to end each evening. The townhome was conveniently situated by the bunny slopes, which was perfect for a family of beginner skiers. We look forward to renting this home again. ##### Tyler K. Reviewer Comments: The house was good but we have a trouble, in the main room the heater doesn’t work we called to Katy Naylon she sent one guy to fix,he told us that the heater was broken and they can change te complete piece , this thing never happen and also the guy never comeback and we texted Katy again but she never give us an answer , we can’t use this room because was very cold, so we were very angry for this and unsatisfied ##### Jesus t. ---
